BreakfastFluff Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
Steps
- Separate the yolk and white of an egg
- Add 1 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 tbsp flour, 1/2 tbsp cornflour to the egg yolk
- Beat the egg white and gradually add in 2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar (Don't add the sugar all in together, add in 30-sec intervals little by little)
- Fold in the egg whites into the yolk mixture
- Grease your pan and cook your pancakes on low heat for 2 mins each side
- Enjoy soft and fluffy pancakes!
